Private Sessions are available in South Yarra, Melbourne. Interstate and International Private Sessions are held over Skype.

Wellness and Survivorship Coaching

Let’s face it, there are lot of private and personal challenges in your transition back to wellness.

What you need now is some very practical tools to navigate the transitions you are facing. You are no longer a full-time patient. Now you are a person in recovery, remission and/ or managing chronic illness.

These private sessions are specifically tailored to where you are at, especially emotionally.  You will learn practical tools for:

  •  Healthy relationship boundaries
  • How to  free up your emotional energy while still ensuring you have top notch self care practices
  • How to navigate work and family commitments while you may still be experiencing fatigue. 

Private Sessions are available in South Yarra, Melbourne. Interstate and International Private Sessions are held over Skype.

About Michelle

Michelle is a a highly experienced facilitator, mediation teacher and compassionate therapeutic guide for women who want to love with courage and confidence.

She is  is comprehensively trained in authentic connection, intimacy and relationship coaching, embodiment therapy and tantric practices.

Her survivorship coaching is informed by her own personal journey with a life-threatening autoimmune condition. Her core focus is helping women to regain their emotional confidence after serious illness.

Michelle has an extensive career across government, not-for-profit and the corporate sectors focussed on women’s health policy and health service delivery. Her  academic background in Philosophy and Women’s Studies.
